The index is owned by the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. The index will include securities of companies classified as "cybersecurity" companies by the CEA. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets in common stocks or in depositary receipts that comprise the index. The advisor intends to invest in each security in the index. It is non-diversified.

The fund is non-diversified.
