The index is designed to provide exposure to companies that have business operations in the cybersecurity industry. The fund will invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities that comprise the index and in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on the securities in the index.
