The index is a rules based, modified capitalization weighted, float adjusted index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the United States energy infrastructure Master Limited Partnership ("MLP") asset class. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the index (or depositary receipts based on such securities). It is non-diversified.

It seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Oil Equipment & Services Index (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of the oil equipment and services sector of the U.S. equity market.
