The fund will primarily own common stocks, but may also invest in equity securities of REITS to the extent such REITS are among the 1,000 largest capitalized U.S.-listed stocks. It is non-diversified.

The index provider constructs the index in accordance with a rules-based methodology that selects 50 companies from the S-Network US Equity Large/Mid-Cap 1000 Index. The fund generally seeks to track the returns of the index before fees and expenses by employing a replication strategy that seeks to hold all the stocks in the index.
