It also may invest, subject to the same selection criteria, in exchange-traded pooled investment vehicles. The Sub-Advisor seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by using a proprietary overwrite strategy known as Volatility Enhanced Global Appreciation ("VEGA").

The fund seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against the S&P 500 Index and the Morningstar Global Market Large-Mid Cap Index. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. FundX Aggressive ETF was formed on July 1, 2002 and is domiciled in the United States.
