The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the performance of its underlying index, the Sprott Zacks Junior Gold Miners Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets in securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index aims to track the performance of "junior" gold and junior silver mining companies whose stocks are traded on major U.S. or Canadian exchanges. Junior companies include early stage mining companies that are in the exploration stage only or that hold properties that might not ultimately produce gold or silver. It is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to replicate the Market Vectors® Global Junior Gold Miners Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. It will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in companies that are involved in the gold mining industry. The Junior Gold Miners Index includes companies that generate at least 50% of their revenues from gold mining and/or silver mining or have mining projects with the potential to generate at least 50% of their revenues from gold and/or silver when developed.
