The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MorningstarĀ® North America Renewable EnergySM Index (the index). Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index. The index is a rules-based, modified equal-weighted, liquidity-adjusted index of U.S. and Canadian-listed common stocks of companies in North America that are leaders in the transition to a low-carbon economy. The fund is non-diversified.

FAN Description The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the ISE Global Wind Energy(TM) Index. The index is developed and owned by the International Securities Exchange, LLC(R), in consultation with Standard & Poor's, a Division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. ("S&P"), which calculates and maintains the index. The index provides a benchmark for investors interested in tracking public companies throughout the world that are active in the wind energy industry based on analysis of the products and services offered by those companies. The fund is non-diversified.
