The fund strategy follows a proprietary, rules-based methodology that selects global high dividend-paying ETFs or stocks from those listed on an exchange and with significant underlying security liquidity, while using offsetting short positions through equity index futures. The strategy allocates to long and short equity index futures, volatility futures, options and options on futures to neutralize equity risk exposure and control volatility similar to the global bond market, while striving to achieve high dividend income and capital appreciation over the long-term.

HERD Description The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pacer Emerging Markets Cash Cows 100 Index. The index uses an objective, rules-based methodology to provide exposure to large and mid-capitalization companies in emerging markets with high free cash flow yields. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. It is non-diversified.
