The PowerShares Global Water Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ OMX Global Water Index. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually in April.

RNEW Description The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities of Green Infrastructure Companies. "Green Infrastructure Companies" are companies that seek to positively impact the environment through the production, transmission, or distribution of green energy and/or through the establishment of sustainable infrastructure to facilitate the use of green energy. The fund is non-diversified.
