The fund invests in public equity markets of the United States. It invests in stocks of companies operating in the real estate sector including companies engaged in real estate management and development and REITs, excluding mortgage REITs. The fund invests in stocks of large-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of The Real Estate Select Sector Index, by investing in stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index.
