IZRL Description

The ARK Israel Innovative Technology ETF (IZRL) seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the ARK Israeli Innovation Index, which is designed to track the price movements of exchange-listed Israeli companies whose main business operations are causing disruptive innovation in the areas of genomics, health care, biotechnology, industrials, manufacturing, the Internet or information technology. The Index includes equity securities and depositary receipts of exchange listed companies that are incorporated and/or domiciled in Israel (‘‘Israeli Companies’’) and are included in one of the following economic sectors as defined by FactSet Research Systems: (i) health technology, (ii) communications, (iii) technology services, (iv) electronic technology, (v) consumer services, or (vi) producer manufacturing.

Hartford Multifactor International Small Company ETF

ROIS Description ROIS tracks an index to seek enhanced returns on a universe of small-cap, developed and emerging market stocks outside the US, while reducing volatility by up to 15% over a complete market cycle. It aims to achieve this through an optimization process of selecting stocks from eligible companies based on three factors, mainly value, momentum, and quality, along with meaningful single-stock size caps and volatility and sector constraints at the portfolio level. Those with the highest combined factor scores are included in the fund. This strategy seeks positive portfolio-level exposure to multiple factors relative to the initial capitalization-weighted universe. Typically, the index is expected to include 250 to 300 components, and is rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually.
