IYR Description

The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. equities in the real estate sector. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Real Estate Index (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of the real estate sector of the U.S. equity market. The underlying index may include large-, mid- or small-capitalization companies, and components primarily include real estate investment trusts ("REITs").

CHIR Description The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI China Real Estate 10/50 Index ("underlying index"). The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index and in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on the securities in the underlying index. The underlying index tracks the performance of companies in the MSCI China Index that are classified in the real estate sector, as defined by MSCI, Inc. ("MSCI") the provider of the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.
