The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the BlueStar Israel Global IndexTM. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. Its benchmark index is comprised of equity securities, which may include depositary receipts, of publicly traded companies that are generally considered by BlueStar Global Investors, LLC ("BlueStar" or the "Index Provider") to be Israeli companies. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the NYSE Arca Biotechnology Index(SM). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in common stocks that comprise the index. The index is an equal-dollar weighted index designed to measure the performance of a cross section of companies in the biotechnology industry that are primarily involved in the use of biological processes to develop products or provide services.
