SPDR Blackstone High Income ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by State Street Global Advisors, Inc. The fund invests in high yield corporate bonds, senior loans and debt tranches of U.S. collateralized loan obligations that are rated BB+ or lower by Standard & Poor's Financial Services, LLC or Fitch Inc., Ba1 or lower by Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or equivalent ratings by another nationally recognized statistical rating organization. The fund employs fundamental analysis with bottom-up and top-down security picking approach to create its portfolio. It seeks to benchmark the performance of its portfolio against a composite index comprising of 50% of the ICE BofA US High Yield Constrained Index and 50% of the S&P/LSTA Leveraged Loan Index. The fund employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. SPDR Blackstone High Income ETF is domiciled in the United States.

GAL Description

The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation. The fund invests substantially all of its assets in the SSgA Global Allocation Portfolio (the "Portfolio"), a separate series of the SSgA Master Trust with an identical investment objective as the fund. As a result, the fund invests indirectly through the Portfolio. The Portfolio typically allocates approximately 60% of its assets to equity securities, though this percentage can vary based on the Adviser's tactical decisions.
