The investment seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the FTSE Brazil RIC Capped Index (the FTSE Brazil Capped Index). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the FTSE Brazil Capped Index and in depositary receipts representing such securities. The FTSE Brazil Capped Index is based on the FTSE Brazil Index and is designed to measure the performance of Brazilian large- and mid-capitalization stocks. The fund is non-diversified.

EDOG Description The investment seeks investment results that replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S-Network Emerging Sector Dividend Dogs Index (the "Index"). The index is a rules-based index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the highest dividend paying stocks (i.e. "Dividend Dogs") in the S-Network Emerging Markets Index, a universe of mainly large capitalization stocks domiciled in emerging markets (the "S-Network Emerging Markets") on a sector-by-sector basis. The fund generally will invest in all of the securities that comprise the index in proportion to their weightings in the index.
