The index consists of 30 high dividend-yielding securities selected from the STOXX(R) Europe 600 Index, including secondary lines of those companies (where there are multiple lines of equity capital in a company). The fund is non-diversified.

DTH Description The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree DEFA Equity Income Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of companies with high dividend yields selected from the WisdomTree DEFA Index. The fund is non-diversified.
