The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Defined Brazil Index. The fund normally invests at least 90% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in stocks that comprise the index. The index is a modified equal-dollar weighted index designed by S&P to objectively identify and select stocks from the S&P Brazil BMI Index that may generate positive alpha relative to traditional passive-style indices through the use of the AlphaDEX(R) selection methodology. The fund is non-diversified.

FLLA Description

The investment seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the FTSE Latin America RIC Capped Index. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in the component securities of the index and in depositary receipts representing such securities. The index is based on the FTSE Latin America Index and is designed to measure the performance of Latin American large- and mid-capitalization stocks. The fund will concentrate its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent that the index is concentrated.
