The fund generally invests at least 95% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index consists of stocks traded primarily on the BM&FBOVESPA (the Brazilian exchange). The fund is non-diversified.

EDOG Description The investment seeks investment results that replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S-Network Emerging Sector Dividend Dogs Index (the "Index"). The index is a rules-based index intended to give investors a means of tracking the overall performance of the highest dividend paying stocks (i.e. "Dividend Dogs") in the S-Network Emerging Markets Index, a universe of mainly large capitalization stocks domiciled in emerging markets (the "S-Network Emerging Markets") on a sector-by-sector basis. The fund generally will invest in all of the securities that comprise the index in proportion to their weightings in the index.
