The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Netherlands Investable Market Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will at all times invest at least 80% of its assets in the securities of its underlying index and in depositary receipts ("DRs") representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index consists of stocks traded primarily on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. Components primarily include consumer staples, financial and industrials companies. The fund is non-diversified.

IMOM Description
The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily-generally greater than 80%, but at least 65% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes-in equity securities of international companies that Empowered Funds, LLC ("the Adviser") believes, based on quantitative analysis, have positive momentum. A "momentum" style of investing emphasizes investing in securities that have had higher recent total return performance compared to other securities. It is non-diversified.Grade (RS Rating)
