The investment seeks investment results that replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Bank of America Securities - Merrill Lynch Equal Sector Weight Index (the "underlying index"). The underlying index is an index of indexes comprised in equal proportions of the nine Select Sector SPDR Indexes. The fund will use a "fund of funds" approach, and seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 90% of its total assets in the shares of Select Sector SPDR exchange-traded funds that track the Underlying Sector Indexes of which the underlying index is comprised. It is non-diversified.

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and preservation of capital. The fund is considered a fund of funds that, under normal market conditions, seeks to achieve its investment objective by principally investing in unaffiliated equity exchange traded funds (ETFs) that track the performance of the individual sectors (Sectors) of the S&P 500 Index. The Advisor will attempt to enhance returns relative to the index by overweighting and underweighting its exposure to the Sectors relative to the index and may reduce its overall exposure to ETFs as determined by its risk management model.
