The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Emerging Markets SmallCap Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of primarily small cap stocks selected from the WisdomTree Emerging Markets Dividend Index. The fund is non-diversified.

EEMS Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Emerging Markets Small Cap Index. The fund generally invests at least 90% of assets in the securities of the underlying index and in DRs representing securities in the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to measure the performance of equity securities in the bottom 14% of market capitalization of emerging market countries. It concentrates its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent that the underlying index is concentrated. The fund is non-diversified.
