INDS Description The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Benchmark Industrial Real Estate SCTR¿ Index (the "index"). Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index. The index was developed by Benchmark Investments, LLC, the index provider (the "index provider"), and measures the performance of the industrial real estate sector of the U.S. equity market, which includes warehouse and self-storage real estate sub-sectors. The fund is non-diversified.
