The investment seeks to provide capital appreciation and dividend income. The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its investment objective by normally investing at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities issued by closed-end funds (the "underlying funds"). The advisor expects to invest in underlying funds operated by a diversified group of closed-end fund managers ("underlying fund managers"). The fund normally invests in underlying funds that primarily pursue high yield opportunities.

The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree DEFA Equity Income Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a fundamentally weighted index that is comprised of companies with high dividend yields selected from the WisdomTree DEFA Index. The fund is non-diversified.Grade (RS Rating)
