The underlying index targets 85% of the stocks traded on the primary exchanges in each country or region by market capitalization, and primarily includes large- and mid-capitalization companies.

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in dividend-paying U.S. exchange-traded equity securities ("Equity Securities") and will opportunistically utilize an "option strategy" consisting of writing (selling) U.S. exchange-traded covered call options on such Equity Securities. The fund is non-diversified.
