The investment seeks to provide current income as its primary investment objective and to provide capital appreciation as its secondary investment objective. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in dividend-paying U.S. exchange-traded equity securities ("Equity Securities") and will opportunistically utilize an "option strategy" consisting of writing (selling) U.S. exchange-traded covered call options on such Equity Securities. The fund is non-diversified.

ZSB Description The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in metals derivative instruments ("Metals Derivatives") and, to a lesser extent in the equity securities of companies that are economically tied to the metals that are necessary for "Electrification." As an important component of the fund"s sustainable strategy, the fund also seeks to achieve a "net-zero" carbon footprint by purchasing carbon offset investments ("Carbon Offset Investments") in an amount equal to the estimated aggregate carbon emissions of the fund"s holdings. It is non-diversified.
