Process Control Systems

Process Control Systems (PCS) are computer-based systems used to monitor and control industrial processes such as manufacturing, power generation, and oil and gas production. They are used to ensure that processes are running safely and efficiently, and to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. PCSs use sensors to measure process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate, and then use this data to adjust the process accordingly. PCSs can also be used to detect and diagnose problems, and to provide real-time data for analysis and decision-making.
