Its loan products include residential real estate loans; commercial real estate loans; commercial and industrial loans; foreign banks loans; and secured and unsecured consumer loans comprising personal loans, overdrafts, and deposit account collateralized loans. The company also offers internet and mobile banking, treasury management, and remote deposit capture services. As of March 31, 2021, it operated 11 banking centers locations in South Florida. The company was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida.
