Its lead product is Remodulin, an injection used for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Further, the company is involved in the pre-clinical stage of developing TransCon Treprostinil, TransCon Beraprost, and glycobiological antiviral agents for the treatment of infectious diseases, such as Hepatitis C; and engineered lungs and lung tissue, which can be transplanted into patients suffering from PAH and other lung diseases.
