Invesco Trust for Investment Grade New York Municipals fund is a closed-ended fixed income mutual fund launched by Invesco Ltd. The fund is co-managed by Invesco Advisers, Inc., INVESCO Asset Management (Japan) Limited, INVESCO Asset Management Deutschland GmbH, INVESCO Asset Management Limited, Invesco Australia Limited, Invesco Canada Ltd., Invesco Hong Kong Limited, and INVESCO Senior Secured Management, Inc. It invests in the fixed income markets of the United States. The fund primarily invests in investment grade New York municipal securities which have income that is exempt from federal as well as from New York State and New York City income taxes. It was formerly known as Invesco Van Kampen Trust for Investment Grade New York Municipals. Invesco Trust for Investment Grade New York Municipals fund was formed on March 27, 1992 and is domiciled in the United States.
