Taseko Mines, Ltd. Description

Taseko Mines Limited, a mining company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, development, and operation of mineral properties in Canada. It holds a 75% interest in the Gibraltar copper-molybdenum mine covering approximately 113 square kilometers located in south-central British Columbia; and the New Prosperity copper-gold project consisting of a mineral lease and 60 mineral claims covering the mineral rights for approximately 147 square kilometers southwest of the City of Williams Lake, British Columbia. The company also owns interests in the Aley niobium project consisting of 104 contiguous mineral claims covering 433 square kilometers located in northern British Columbia; and the Harmony gold project comprising 40 mineral claims and 173 square kilometers located in the north-western coast of British Columbia. Taseko Mines Limited was founded in 1966 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
