The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities that comprise the index. The index is composed of the securities of 50 companies with a history of raising their dividends and exhibit the characteristics to continue to do so in the future. The index is designed to provide access to a diversified portfolio of small, mid and large capitalization income producing securities. The fund is non-diversified.
