Phibro Animal Health Corporation develops, manufactures, and markets animal health and mineral nutrition products to prevent, control, and treat diseases for poultry, swine, beef and dairy cattle, and aquaculture markets worldwide. It offers medicated feed additives, including antibacterial and anticoccidial that are used to control bacterial infections; nutritional specialty products that support nutrition for dairy cows, beef cattle, swine, and poultry; vaccine products that are primarily focused on preventing diseases in the poultry industry; antimicrobials and performance solutions for the ethanol industry; and veterinary pharmaceuticals, vitamin concentrates, and medicated and non-medicated premixes, as well as other specialty ingredients. The company also provides formulations and concentrations of trace minerals, such as zinc, manganese, copper, iron, and other compounds; supplies specialty chemical products for paint and coatings, metal finishing, and personal care industries; manufactures, recycles, and markets copper-based chemicals to the industrial chemical and chemical catalyst industries; and develops and distributes ingredients for a diverse range of industries, such as personal care, automotive, industrial chemical, and chemical catalyst industries. Phibro Animal Health Corporation was formerly known as Philipp Brothers Chemicals, Inc. and changed its name to Phibro Animal Health Corporation in July, 2003. Phibro Animal Health Corporation was founded in 1947 and is based in Teaneck, New Jersey with additional offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, and internationally. Phibro Animal Health Corporation operates as a subsidiary of PAHC Holdings Corporation.
