Profile

The Cushing NextGen Infrastructure Income Fund’s objective is to seek high total return with an emphasis on current income. There can be no assurance that the Fund’s investment objective will be achieved. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in a portfolio of equity and debt securities of infrastructure companies, including: (i) energy infrastructure companies, (ii) industrial infrastructure companies, (iii) sustainable infrastructure companies, and (iv) technology and communication infrastructure companies. The Fund will invest no more than 25% of its Managed Assets in securities of energy master limited partnerships (“MLPs”).
