LCNB Corp. operates as the holding company for LCNB National Bank that provides commercial and personal banking services in Ohio. The company's deposit products include checking accounts, NOW accounts, savings accounts, Christmas and vacation club accounts, money market deposit accounts, Classic 50 accounts, individual retirement accounts, and certificates of deposit. Its loan portfolio comprises commercial and industrial loans, commercial and residential real estate loans, construction loans, small business administration loans, and residential mortgage loans. The company also offers consumer loans, including automobile, boat, home improvement, and personal loans, as well as provides indirect financing through various automotive, boat, and lawn and garden dealers. In addition, it provides agency and trust services, retirement savings products, and mutual fund investment products to individuals, partnerships, corporations, institutions, and municipalities; and security brokerage services. Further, the company offers other services, including safe deposit boxes, night depositories, travelers' checks, money orders, cashier's checks, bank-by-mail, ATMs, cash and transaction services, debit cards, wire transfers, electronic funds transfer, utility bill collections, notary public service, personal computer based cash management services, 24 hour telephone banking, PC Internet banking, mobile banking, and other services for individuals and businesses. It operates through its main office located in Warren County, Ohio; and 24 branch offices located in Warren, Butler, Clinton, Clermont, Hamilton, and Montgomery Counties, Ohio, as well as 31 automated teller machines. The company was founded in 1877 and is headquartered in Lebanon, Ohio.
