The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Real Estate ex-U.S. Index (the "underlying index"), which measures the stock performance of companies engaged in the ownership and development of real estate markets in developed countries (except for the United States) as defined by FTSE EPRA/NAREIT.
