It has an agreement with PepsiCo International, Inc. to bottle, sell, and distribute Pepsi products in Brazil and in other Latin American countries; and a licensing agreement with Anheuser-Busch, Inc. to produce, bottle, sell, and distribute Budweiser products in Brazil, Canada, Ecuador, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, and Paraguay. The company also produces and distributes Stella Artois under license to Anheuser-Busch InBev S.A./N.V. in Brazil, Canada, Argentina, and other countries. It offers its products through a network of third-party distributors and a direct distribution system. The company was founded in 1885 and is headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil.
