        Crude oil storage is the storage of crude oil or other petroleum products. Crude oil storage tanks can be found in refineries, oil fields, oil depots, and other industrial facilities. The tanks are used to store a variety of products, including crude oil, intermediate hydrocarbons (such as condensate and natural gas liquids), finished products (such as gasoline and diesel), and other petroleum products. Crude oil storage tanks are typically made of steel and can range in size from 10,000 barrels to over 1 million barrels.
