The investment seeks consistent repeatable returns across all market cycles. The fund is a "fund of funds" and intends to invest primarily in exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") and exchange-traded notes ("ETNs") that seek to track a diversified basket of global indices and investment sectors that meet certain selection criteria. It also may invest, subject to the same selection criteria, in exchange-traded pooled investment vehicles. The Sub-Advisor seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by using a proprietary overwrite strategy known as Volatility Enhanced Global Appreciation ("VEGA").

LFEQ Description The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, the price and yield performance of the Ned Davis Research CMG US Large Cap Long/Flat Index. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that track and/or comprise the fund's benchmark index. The index is a rules-based index that follows a proprietary model developed by Ned Davis Research, Inc. in conjunction with CMG Capital Management Group, Inc. To help limit potential loss associated with adverse market conditions, the model produces trade signals that dictate the index's equity allocation ranging from 100% fully invested to 100% in cash.
