The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the performance of the NYSE 7-10 Year Treasury Bond Index. The fund, under normal circumstances, creates long positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in U.S. government securities that comprise the NYSE 7-10 Year Treasury Bond Index ("index") and/or financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index. The index is a multi-security index that includes all qualified U.S. Treasury bonds. The fund is non-diversified.

Discipline Fund ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Empowered Funds, LLC. The fund is co-managed by Orcam Financial Group, LLC. It invests in the public equity and fixed income markets of global region. For its equity portion, the fund invests through other funds in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap companies. For its fixed income portion, the fund primarily invests through other funds in U.S. investment-grade aggregate bonds, corporate bonds and treasury bonds that are rated within one of the four highest ratings categories by a nationally-recognized statistical ratings organization. Discipline Fund ETF was formed on September 21, 2021 and is domiciled in the United States.
