The fund, under normal circumstances, creates long positions by investing at least 80% of its assets in the securities that comprise the Russell 2000® Index ("index") and/or financial instruments that provide leveraged and unleveraged exposure to the index. The index measures the performance of the small-cap segment of the U.S. equity universe and is comprised of the smallest 2000 companies in the Russell 3000® Index, representing approximately 10% of the total market capitalization of that index. The fund is non-diversified.

The Adviser focuses its research primarily on sector selection by carefully reviewing the sector, industry, and sub-industries in the fund's portfolio. The Adviser chooses sectors it believes are undervalued and poised to respond favorably to financial market catalysts.
