The fund invests in securities and derivatives that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as two times (2x) the daily return of the index. The index measures the performance of the technology sector of the U.S. equity market. Component companies include, among others, those involved in computers and office equipment, software, communications technology, semiconductors, diversified technology services and Internet services. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund invests predominantly in common stock. Although it may invest across economic sectors, the fund concentrates its investments in consumer discretionary related industries. It is non-diversified. Seeks capital appreciation by investing in innovative companies benefitting from transformation in the e-commerce space. Provides access to companies that are related to new online markets, streamlined procurement systems, and game-changing ways to deliver goods and services
