The Emerging Markets Equity Select ETF (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Nasdaq Riskalyze Emerging Markets Equity Select Index (the "Index"). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the Index. The Fund, using an indexing investment approach, attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Fund's investment advisor seeks a correlation of 0.95 or better (before fees and expenses) between the Fund's performance and the performance of the Index; a figure of 1.00 would represent perfect correlation. The Index is owned and is developed, maintained and sponsored by Riskalyze, Inc. (the "Index Provider").

SCHE Description

The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the FTSE Emerging Index. The fund invests at least 90% of net assets in stocks that are included in the index. The index is comprised of large and mid capitalization companies in emerging market countries, as defined by the index provider. It will concentrate its investments (i.e., hold 25% or more of its total assets) in a particular industry, group of industries or sector to approximately the same extent that its index is so concentrated. The fund may invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities not included in its index.
