NUBD Description

The investment seeks to track the investment results, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg Barclays MSCI US Aggregate ESG Select Index (the "index"). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of the sum of its net assets and the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in component securities of the index. The index utilizes certain environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") criteria to select from the securities included in the Bloomberg Barclays US Aggregate Bond Index (the "base index"), which is designed to broadly capture the U.S. investment grade, taxable fixed income market.

PSR Description The PowerShares Active U.S. Real Estate Fund (Fund) structures and selects its investments primarily from a universe of securities that are included within the FTSE NAREIT All Equity REITs Index at the time of purchase. The selection methodology uses quantitative and statistical metrics to identify attractively priced securities and manage risk. The Fund will invest principally in equity real estate investment trusts (REITs). The Fund is rebalanced and reconstituted monthly.
