NUBD Description

The investment seeks to track the investment results, before fees and expenses, of the Bloomberg Barclays MSCI US Aggregate ESG Select Index (the "index"). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of the sum of its net assets and the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in component securities of the index. The index utilizes certain environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") criteria to select from the securities included in the Bloomberg Barclays US Aggregate Bond Index (the "base index"), which is designed to broadly capture the U.S. investment grade, taxable fixed income market.

MORT Description The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Market Vectors® Global Mortgage REITs Index (the "Mortgage REITs Index"). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The Mortgage REITs Index is comprised of stocks of publicly traded U.S. mortgage REITs that derive at least 50% of their revenues (or, where applicable, have at least 50% of their assets) from mortgage-related activity. The fund is non-diversified.
