The investment seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the NASDAQ International BuyBack AchieversTM Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. ("NASDAQ OMX" or the "Index Provider") includes in the underlying index common stocks of foreign companies that are classified as "International BuyBack AchieversTM" pursuant to a proprietary selection methodology. It is non-diversified.

RNEM Description

The Emerging Markets Equity Select ETF (the "Fund") seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Nasdaq Riskalyze Emerging Markets Equity Select Index (the "Index"). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the Index. The Fund, using an indexing investment approach, attempts to replicate, before fees and expenses, the performance of the Index. The Fund's investment advisor seeks a correlation of 0.95 or better (before fees and expenses) between the Fund's performance and the performance of the Index; a figure of 1.00 would represent perfect correlation. The Index is owned and is developed, maintained and sponsored by Riskalyze, Inc. (the "Index Provider").
