The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI World ex USA Diversified Multi-Factor Index (the "underlying index"), which has been developed by MSCI Inc. ("MSCI"). The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to select equity securities from MSCI World ex USA Index (the "Parent index") that have high exposure to four investment style factors: value, quality, momentum and low size, while maintaining a level of risk similar to that of the Parent index. The fund is non-diversified.

AADR Description

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation above international benchmarks such as the BNY Mellon Classic ADR Index, the fund's primary benchmark, and the MSCI EAFE Index, the fund's secondary benchmark. The sub-advisor seeks to achieve the fund's investment objective by selecting primarily a portfolio of U.S.-traded securities of non-U.S. organizations, most often American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), included in the BNY Mellon Classic ADR Index. The fund's investment focus follows the Sub-Advisor's core philosophy of investing in industry-leading non-U.S. organizations led by visionary management teams with sound business strategies.
