The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the FTSE Colombia 20 Index. The fund invests its total assets in securities of companies that are listed on the Colombian Stock Exchange as well as cash and cash equivalents. It also invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index and in ADRs and GDRs based on the securities in the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to measure broad based equity market performance in Colombia. The fund is non-diversified.

INDY Description The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of 50 of the largest Indian equities. The Subsidiary and the fund will collectively invest at least 80% of the fund's total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the CNX Nifty IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which measures the equity performance of the top 50 companies by free float market capitalization whose equity securities trade in the Indian securities markets. The fund is non-diversified.
