The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the Dorsey Wright Focus Five Index (the "index"). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") that comprise the index. The index is designed to provide targeted exposure to the five First Trust sector-based ETFs that the index Provider believes offer the greatest potential to outperform the other ETFs in the selection universe. The fund is non-diversified.
