The investment objective of the Fund is to seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an index called the Nasdaq US Smart Food & Beverage Index. The Fund seeks to replicate the holdings and weightings of the Nasdaq US Smart Food & Beverage Index as to generate performance results 95% correlated to that of the Nasdaq US Smart Food & Beverage Index.

TAGS Description
The Teucrium Agricultural Fund (NYSE: TAGS) provides investors exposure to four core agricultural commodities, namely, corn, wheat, soybeans, and sugar, without the need for a futures account. TAGS invests directly in shares of the following four Teucrium Funds: Teucrium Corn Fund, Teucrium Soybean Fund, Teucrium Sugar Fund and Teucrium Wheat Fund (the “Underlying Funds”). The Underlying Funds were designed to reduce the effects of backwardation and contango. The investment objective of the Fund is to have the daily changes in percentage terms of the Shares’ NAV reflect the daily changes in percentage terms of a weighted average (the “Underlying Fund Average”) of the NAVs per share of the Underlying Funds. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing under normal market conditions in the publicly-traded shares of each Underlying Fund so that the Underlying Fund Average will have a weighting of 25% to each Underlying Fund, and the Fund’s assets will be rebalanced, generally on a daily basis, to maintain the approximate 25% allocation to each Underlying Fund.Grade (RS Rating)
