The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the performance of its underlying index, the Entrepreneur Non-US Small Cap Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of companies included in the Entrepreneur Non-US Small Cap Index. The Entrepreneur Non-US Small Cap Index is constructed using a rules-based methodology that purchases equity securities of non-U.S. companies, with a market capitalization between $300 million and $5 billion USD. The fund is non-diversified.

It is non-diversified. Seeks capital appreciation by investing in innovative companies benefitting from transformation in the e-commerce space. Provides access to companies that are related to new online markets, streamlined procurement systems, and game-changing ways to deliver goods and services
